Jasmine rice has a delicate, natural sweetness and a slightly nutty aroma that is perfect with curries, for stir-fries and more. The long, slender grains remain fluffy and firm to the bite when cooked.

Directions for preparation:

Wash the rice thoroughly.
Take the rice and the same amount of water by volume in a pot and add salt to taste. Bring to the boil.
Simmer for around 20 minutes, stirring occasionally if necessary.
Take the pan off the heat and let the rice rest for around 10 minutes.
Adjust the amount of water to achieve the desired consistency.
