The traditional brewing process including months of maturation transforms organic lupins into a savoury essence that is mixed with fruity sour cherry vinegar. A little salt rounds off the taste of this innovative seasoning. The recipe is vegan and gluten-free and only uses ingredients organically grown in Austria.
