The pepper grinder, consisting of two rows of spiral teeth holds the peppercorns tightly for a perfect grind. The steel of the grinder is treated against corrosion. This maintains its cutting ability and long life.

Which pepper should be used?
For best results, please use peppercorns with a diameter of 5 mm or less.
Black, white and green peppercorns can be ground in this mill. Colorful peppers mixtures should have at least 15% of the above peppercorns in their content. Coriander can also be ground the pepper grinder.

Grinder for salt
This Peugeot salt mill is designed to grind coarse, dry salt. Made of stainless steel, it is not affected by corrosion due to the salt.

What salt should be used?
For optimum operation we recommend the use of:

• Salt grains with a diameter of 4 mm.
• Coarse, dry salt: dry sea salt or rock salt.
