Davert Organic Lentil Flakes

These lentil flakes are a great staple to have on standby in any pantry because they cook so quickly! The spicy, aromatic taste of the lentils goes perfectly with curries, patties, spreads and many other dishes. They give every dish a fluffy, creamy texture. Lentils also provide plenty of protein - ideal for nutrition-conscious meals!

Preparation: Boil the desired amount of flakes in 5 times the amount of water, simmer for 5 minutes and process further as needed. The cooked flakes when seasoned with salt and spices or herbs are a delicious side dish.
