Description
Colourful Organic Quinoa
- Quinoa is a pseudocereal whose small seeds swell slightly when cooked. The white, red, and black seeds have a mild, nutty flavour.
- Quinoa is great for making sides dishes, or adding to soups, casseroles or summer salads.
Preparation:
- Rinse the 150 g of the seeds in hot water, then simmer with 2.5 times the amount of water for approx. 15 minutes.
