Alnatura Organic Baby Cereal - Spelt

This cereal consisting of organic spelt is suitable for babies 5 months and older. It contains no added sugar or milk protein. It tastes delicious with formula, milk or milk alternatives. The spelt is sourced from Demeter-certified organic cultivation. With the purchase of this product you are also supporting Alnatura's initiative to promote organic farming in Germany. Tip: Mix in some pureed fruits or vegetables to add a variety of flavours and aromas to your baby's meals.

The manufacturer's recommendation for preparation: Boil 130 ml water and let it cool down to around 50 °C. Pour over 6 tablespoons (40g) cereal in a bowl and stir well. Let it rest for a few minutes until it reaches the desired consistency. Let it cool down to room temperature before offering it to your baby.
