Alnatura Organic Vanilla Pudding Powder, 120 g

Preparing pudding: Measure out 500 ml milk (or vegan milk substitute). Take 6 tablespoons from this and mix in 2 tablespoons Alnatura raw cane sugar along with the contents of one pack into a smooth and creamy paste. Meanwhile bring the remaining milk (or vegan milk substitute) to a boil, remove from the stove and carefully stir in the creamy pudding mix. Bring it back to the boil while stirring constantly and allow it to thicken. Ladle into bowls rinsed out with cold water. Serve warm or refrigerate to enjoy cold.

Preparing sauce: Take 6 tbsp from 500 ml milk (or vegan milk substitute), stir in half a pack of pudding powder, 1 teaspoon Alnatura raw cane sugar and 2 packs of Alnatura Bourbon Vanilla Sugar until smooth. Continue cooking as described above.
