Description
Ankerkraut's "Smoking Zeus" is a Greek BBQ Rub that you can use for grilling and for the preparation of gyros. Cut Gyros meat (eg pork) into small pieces and mix with a little oil and a good amount of the Gyro spice. Then store overnight in a freezer bag in the refrigerator and fry. Gyros skewers can also be prepared very simply with this Greek Rub, simply pull the marinated meat and the desired vegetables (for example, peppers, onion, mushrooms and zucchini) onto a skewer and grill or fry.

I had great results with Smoking Zeus as a rub for beef and pork, It is a great addition if you are preparing a classic jambalaya, or you can use it simply as an addition to the mix when you are preparing a burger sauce or a tortilla dip.
