This spice mix is free from flavour enhancers, salt, additives, palm oil and anti-caking agents. To achieve the perfect touch of flavour, sprinkle a dusting of Flut over meat after it is cooked.
Tips:
- After Ebbe, it is time to season with Flut - Ideally, season your meat the day before with Ebbe by Küstenglut by Ankerkraut and refrigerate in an open container. Flut adds the perfect finishing touch after grilling.
- Make an excellent BBQ rub by mixing 3 teaspoons of Flut with 1 teaspoon of Ebbe.
