The Meatball Spice is used for making Turkish meatballs.

Recipe:

  • 500g ground meat (beef, veal or lamb)
  • 4-5 teaspoons of Meatball Spice
  • Fresh parsley
  • onions

Mix all the ingredients together and prepare the way you would meatballs.
