Arche Naturküche Organic Chocolate Mousse, 78 g

You can now enjoy this popular chocolate dessert without any animal ingredients! The organic chocolate mousse powder by Arche does not contain gelatine. The best organic cocoa gives it an irresistibly chocolate flavour.

Vegan preparation:

• 1 pack Arche Organic Mousse au Chocolat
• 400 ml plant-based cream substitute

1. Mix the powder and cream substitute with a handheld mixer until lump-free.
2. Pour it into a saucepan.
3. Bring it to a boil and reduce the heat.
4. Simmer gently for a further 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
5. Remove from the heat and pour into serving bowls.
6. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
7. Optional - garnish with fresh berries, mint leaves or fruit sauce.

Vegetarian preparation:

• 1 pack Arche Organic Mousse au Chocolat
• 200ml milk
• 200 ml whipped cream

1. Whisk the powder and milk together until there are no lumps.
2. Pour into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
3. Simmer for another 2 minutes over low heat. Keep stirring.
4. Remove from the stove and let cool for 20 minutes.
5. In the meantime, whip up the cream.
6. Whisk the cooled chocolate and milk mix with a handheld mixer and then gradually fold it carefully into the whipped cream.
7. Ladle out in serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
8. Garnish with fruit, whipped cream or fruit sauce if desired before serving.
