Description

Arche Bio Shirataki pasta is made in Japan from the dietary fibre glucomannan obtained from konjac root. Konjac flour is low in calories and carbohydrates compared to other types of flour.

These tagliatelle are perfect for all kinds of sauces because they are neutral in taste and take on even the subtlest aromas from sauces. They're also ready in a minute, making them ideal for quick meals.

Preparation:

  1. Shirataki products have a mild seaweed aroma. Pour the tagliatelle into a colander and rinse under warm water until the smell disappears.
  2. Add to boiling water and let it cook for 1 minute.
  3. Drain and mix with a sauce of your choice. We recommend letting the shirataki noodles simmer in the sauce briefly for the taste of the sauce to be absorbed.
