Arche Naturküche Organic Whipped Cream Stabiliser, 24 g

Creamy cake fillings and desserts based on whipped cream taste divine but unfortunately, they tend to lose their stability unless served immediately. Use this whipped cream stabilizer by Arche to prevent that from happening.

It makes delicious cakes, creamy desserts and whipped cream last longer. You can also use this with plant-based whipped cream.

Tip for fresh fruit tarts: Dust some whipped cream stabiliser on the tart base before topping with fresh fruit to prevent the base from getting soggy too quickly.

Amount: The pack contains 3 sachets of whipped cream stabiliser, 8 g each. One sachet is enough for 200 - 250 ml whipped cream (or plant-based cream substitute).

Preparation:

1. The (plant-based) cream should be cold for best results. For plant-based cream substitutes, we recommend adding a squeeze of lemon juice.
2. Whisk the cream briefly and stir in the contents of the sachet.
3. If desired, add some vanilla sugar for flavour.
4. Whisk until the cream has reached the desired consistency.
5. Use in accordance with the recipe.
