Bavicchi Organic Sprouting Durum Wheat Seeds, 80 g

Durum wheat can be used in two different ways: After 2-3 days as "wheat germ" or after about 14 days as "wheatgrass", from which wheatgrass juice can be obtained.

Instructions:

• Soak the seeds for about 8-10 hours.
• After soaking, thoroughly rinse.
• Spread evenly on a sprouting tower or put in a sprout glass.
• Water 2 to 3 times a day until germination is complete.
• The sprouts can now be stored in the refrigerator, where they will continue to grow a little.
• Wash the sprouts again thoroughly before eating.

Instructions for obtaining wheatgrass:

• Scatter the seeds on moist potting soil.
• Water daily until the leaves are approx. 20cm high.
