Description
Cucumbers have a fresh, flavourful taste that goes perfectly with summer dishes. The Belberry cucumber vinegar is made from mild vinegar and 30% cucumber puree and is perfect for making salad dressings and vinaigrettes. The vinegar also gives hearty meat dishes (especially pork) a refreshing note. The vinegar can also be used for making marinades for grilled poultry, dips based on yoghurt (Raita, Tsatsiki ...) or even drinks like cucumber lassi. The cucumber vinegar adds a mildly sour freshness and intense cucumber flavour to your meals.
Pair the Belberry cucumber vinegar with extra virgin olive oil to make a deliciously refreshing vinaigrette.

Keep it in the fridge
Rated with 4 out of 5 stars.
It does taste of cucumbers and is more acidic than I expected or wanted. Keep it in the fridge, otherwise it changes the taste and colour rather quickly and begins to look like muddy water.
