Description

For the best risotto results, Ben's Original Risotto Rice contains Italian Loto rice of excellent quality. The medium-grain rice releases more starch during cooking, ensuring a creamy texture when cooked. For a risotto with the perfect balance of firm grains and a creamy texture.

Preparation:

Melt 20 g of butter in a frying pan.
Add 1 cup of rice and saute until the grains turn translucent.
Add 2.5 cups of hot stock and bring to the boil
Stir regularly and simmer uncovered until the rice is creamy and the liquid is completely absorbed (12-15 minutes)
Sitr in butter and parmesan to taste. Enjoy!
