BIO PRIMO Organic Powdered Psyllium Husks

Psyllium husks are a tried and tested way to add fibre to your diet. They absorb a lot of water and therefore should be taken with plenty of liquid. They are also a good gelling aid for making fruit puddings for example. They are high in fibre, vegan and free from lactose and gluten. Sourced from organic farming in India.

Note: Not suitable for children!

Recommended preparation: Stir about 1 teaspoon (3 g) of psyllium husks into 250 ml of liquid and take once a day. Follow up by drinking plenty of liquid.
