Description

Coarse Himalayan Salt

This salt is extracted from the foothills of the Himalayas. It is completely natural - i.e., is unbleached, unrefined and made without any chemicals. It corresponds to the German Codex Allimentarius.
The salt is made under fair conditions. Each individual chunk of salt is carefully selected by hand, washed several times and then sun-dried.This is followed by gentle further processing into coarse salt crystals, which are ideal for salt mills.
