BioKing Premium Organic Coconut Sugar

BioKing's Coconut Sugar is made in the Philippines. To make the sugar, the inflorence of the coconut flowers are cut and the flower sap is filtered, then cooked over an open wood fire. The long stirring process creates the sugar crystals that dissolve well in liquids.
