Description
This olive oil is made with ripe olives, is handmade and is processed within 4 hours after the olives were picked. The olive oil is pressed after harvest and has been awarded numerous international prizes. The medium-fruity and grassy notes of the oil are sure to catch your attention. This complex olive oil is recommended for use in fresh salads, on crisp vegetables and freshly caught fish.
