Description
Classic polenta mixed with porcini mushrooms provides an ideal accompaniment to beef roasts, meat dishes or goulash. Simply simmer the mixture for 10 minutes in boiling water, stir evenly and season with butter.
Additional information:
- Store the polenta dry and protect it from light.
- After opening, consume rapidly.

- Boil about 1.5 litres of water with one tablespoon of salt. Add the polenta and stirring constantly, simmer for about 10 minutes. Add olive oil or butter and grated cheese to taste.
