Cortijo de Suerte Alta Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Suerte Alta Picual

This olive oil smells fresh and fruity like green tomatoes, grass and citrus fruits. On the palate it is reminiscent of herbs and green almonds with a delicately bitter finish. The olive oil can be enjoyed on its own with white bread and can also be used for baking and roasting. It's also great on salads, in sauces and on cooked vegetables. The oil is grown and bottled in Spain by Manuel Heredia Halcón. The harvest takes place at the beginning of November and is processed and bottled within four hours.
