Die Käsemacher Waldviertler Selchkäse Sheep's Milk Cheese, 120 g

This sheep's cheese was gently smoked over beech wood and has won multiple awards for its great flavour! The 1 kilo variety won the Käsekaiser 2000 and Käsekaiser 2006 awards as well as the gold medal at the International Käsiade 2016. It also won the bronze medal at the Word Cheese Awards in 2017/2018.

The unmistakable smokey flavours and the fine texture of the semi-hard cheese make it a real treat.
