Around 10 different grape varietals were harvested from vines older than 80-years-old and matured together in used 500l oak barrels. From Grüner Veltliner to Riesling, Weissburgunder, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, you'll find a bit of everything in this unique, dry white wine.

The old vines bring a certain depth and volume to the wine. The mix of grapes makes it diverse and the Wachau soils bring cool minerality to the wine. This mix is what makes it so exciting. Spicy notes, smoky herbs, peach and juicy mango can be found on the nose and palate. Very powerful and long-lasting in every sip. It pulls itself cleanly and precisely into a powerful finish.

Can easily be stored for up to 8 years and pairs wonderfully with Austrian cuisine. Also goes well with intense Asian dishes. We prefer to drink this wine on its own at the end of a successful day.
