Description
Fleur de sel, valued by gourmets, is a speciality on its own. Added dried, black summer truffle is the icing on the cake.
The delicious salt crystals are carefully and painstakingly skimmed off the surface of special salt basins by hand. These salt fields are located in Greece on the coast of Messolongi. The black summer truffles are washed and dried immediately after harvest and then added to the fleur de sel.
Use this special flavoured salt as a finish for sea fish, roast meat or potato dishes.
Usage tip: Fleur de Sel should never be cooked - sprinkle it over your dishes just before serving.
