Hoch Genuss Prunes, are delicious, dried, Black Plums, without their kernals, although you should take care when chewing the Prunes because sometimes some kernal still remains in the Prunes
Prunes are rich, and can be quite filling if you eat 20 or more
Prunes are also very nutritious containing Iron, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, to name a few, and they also contain plenty of fibre to help digestion and to keep the digestive system healthy and clean, I recommend Prunes
