Description

The red, long cherry tomatoes are halved lengthwise after harvesting and placed in glass jars which are then pasteurised in a water bath. This is a traditional method used in the area around Vesuvius to preserve the abundance of the summer's cherry tomato harvest for year-round enjoyment.
