It takes less than 2 minutes to prepare in hot water. This popular pasta substitute is made from konjac flour - it is vegan and gluten-free and is a great component of a low-carb diet. Preparation:
- First, drain the preserving liquid from the konjac pasta - place it in a sieve and rinse well with plenty of water.
- Then transfer to a pot of boiling water and boil for 2 minutes.
- Drain the pasta well.
- Serve with a sauce or in a soup as desired.
