Description

This apple balsamic vinegar is a true speciality! The vinegar is cooked into a thick concentrate, then carefully fermented and stored for years in oak barrels. The extra water evaporates in the barrels for a flavour that is full-bodied, mild and delicately sweet.

Mix this tasty oil with olive oil or pumpkin seed oil for a very tasty salad dressing.
