Description

This sparkling fruit wine made from apples, pears and quinces is perfect for those who enjoy naturally fermented sparkling wine specialities. The hand-harvested fruits are gently pressed and matured in wooden barrels for 12 months. This is followed by 12 months of bottle fermentation with yeast.

Light floral notes combined with fresh fruitiness and pleasantly bittersweet spice dominate the taste. With finely balanced acidity and mineral elegance in the finish - wonderful lightness and depth.
