Rapunzel Organic Extra Virgin Polyphenolia Olive Oil, 250 ml

This special olive oil from Rapunzel's olive oil range is particularly rich in polyphenols (500 mg / kg). As is typical for such oils, the oil contains bitter substances and has a mildly spicy taste.

The oil should only be consumed cold, as heating it will destroy its sensitive nutrients. Add it to dishes after cooking or use it in cold dishes like salads, dips and spreads for antipasti platters.

Note:

• The oil is made from young, green olives that are pressed at low temperatures and is therefore "extra virgin". The olives are sourced from old, wild olive groves not far from the coast of Puglia.
