Description
Molasses has a strong flavour that comes from sugar cane. The syrup tastes slightly bitter and has a hint of liquorice. This molasses is a high-quality by-product from sugar production and is unrefined and bottled without any additives. Filling can cause foaming on the surface, but does not represent a loss of quality.
Manufacturing:
- Sugar cane molasses is obtained by pressing out sugar cane used for sugar production. After the sugar crystals are obtained by centrifugation, the dark molasses remaining is filled into glasses and packaged.
