Description
This macaroni made from natural emmer, an ancient variety of wheat, has a full-bodied, nutty taste and an excellent bite. Naturally cultivated and made in Austria. Plus, cultivating old grain varieties promotes biodiversity.
Serving suggestion: in pan-fried pasta dishes, mac & cheese and pasta salads.
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Preparation:
- Take 1 L water per 100 g pasta and bring to the boil.
- Add the desired amount of salt and pasta to the boiling water.
- Stir occasionally while cooking.
- Cook for 5 minutes for the perfect al dente texture.
- Serve warm with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
