Description
The penne rigate made from organic whole grain spelt flour is made using the traditional method where they are drawn over bronze dies and slowly dried.
Due to the rough surface, the ridges and the hole in the middle, they are great at absorbing sauces and liquids. They are served with meat and tomato sauces, as well as mushroom and cheese sauce. Also delicious in a pasta salad with fruit and cheese.
Recommended cooking time: 8 to 10 minutes
