It is highly recommended to add to sweet couscous dishes with dried fruit, apples, cinnamon and lemon juice. Flavour chocolate drinks and coffee using cinnamon. On other continents, cinnamon is used to season savoury dishes such as delicious Arab lamb stew or also contained in the Ethiopian Berbere spice blend.
