Description
The Gingerbread Spice Mix by Sonnentor is the perfect choice for making flavourful, aromatic gingerbread. The fine aroma instantly evokes delicious Christmassy vibes: sweet and spicy with fragrant notes of cinnamon and cloves with a hint of fruits. Plus, in addition to making festive gingerbread, you can also use it to add a wonderful flavour to speculoos cookies, Christmas cookies, fruit bread and cakes.
Usage:
A general rule of thumb, if you are not following a recipe, is to add 5-8 gm of the gingerbread spice mix to every 1 kg of flour.
