Sonnentor Organic Oregano, 18 g

Italian cuisine would be incomplete without this slightly bitter, peppery, and spicy seasoning. The Central Europeans copied the Italians and happily use oregano in vegetable dishes and pasta sauces. It also fits very well with spicy food.

Tips & Preparation:
Even the smell of oregano is reminiscent of Italy, more precisely of pizza. However, the use of the spice goes beyond Italian borders, it is also used in chili con carne or with Greek feta cheese. Oregano can do much more though, consider adding it to BBQ dishes or vegetables.
