Sparkling Tea BLÅ - Organic Alcoholic-Free Tea Drink, 0,75 l

In 2017, Danish sommelier Jacob Kocemba created Sparkling Tea, an unusual drink with the character of a sparkling wine. Carefully selected organic teas are brewed by hand to which some white wine or grape must (for a naturally sweet taste) is added. The correct temperature and steeping time is crucial and a deciding factor in the taste of each drink.

Each Sparkling Tea may contain up to 13 different varieties of tea. Connoisseurs are particularly impressed by the long-lasting perlage and multi-facetted aromas. They are produced in small batches to ensure the best possible quality.

Blå - starts out with floral aromas of jasmine and chamomile combined with light notes of citrus. That is followed by a balanced taste - the carefully selected varieties of green and white teas add pleasantly fresh dryness. Tannins from Darjeeling First Flush tea create a long finish with elegant depth.

Blå Sparkling Tea is wonderful as a non-alcoholic aperitif. Its fresh, down-to-earth character goes best with light starters, vegetarian mains and desserts.
