Spice for Life African Pearl Salt, 200 g

This purely natural salt is free of preservatives and is formed in southwestern Africa at the edge of the Namib Desert. The unique climate in this area really makes this salt special. The salt pearls are formed by the dunes and the water that the window blows inland from the sea on the coast, leaving behind little pearls. The small crystals of salt are naturally shaped into small balls and are collected when the water evaporates in the salt pans. Each individual salt pearl is collected by hand and carefully packaged. The salt looks beautiful and tastes great with fresh bread and olive oil and is suitable for use in a mill. Give your dish a special finish!
