The spice blend also goes well with black pudding, gratins, hearty spreads and freshly baked bread and butter.

Recipe Tip: Roasted Potatoes

Peel cooked potatoes, slice them and fry them with little fat in a pan. Towards the end of cooking, sprinkle the spice blend over the potatoes, stir and enjoy! You can also add roasted bacon to the roasted potatoes.
