At Stay Spiced! SPICEWORLD Tonkakao contains more than the tonka bean and cocoa for which it is named. The mixture is rounded off harmoniously with maple sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Cocoa Grue is the name given to roasted cocoa nibs, which is one of the main ingredients in the Tonkakao mix.

Enjoy this crispy sensation in creams, yoghurt or in pastries and cakes. It can be added to a variety of sweets and desserts too!
