Tartuflanghe Grey Salt with White Truffles, 30 g

The French peninsula of Guérande is on the Atlantic coast of France in Brittany. It is known for its historical sights and gourmet foods. After all, the coveted Fleur de Sel salt and the grey salt known as Sel gris or Sel Marin have been harvested here since the Iron Age.

Even today, wooden shovels are used instead of metal tools to harvest the salt hand ensure its purity. The natural grey colour of the salt is retained as the salt is neither bleached nor refined. As a result, it also has a particularly high mineral content.

TartufLanghe seasons the salt with dried white truffle flakes from Piedmont. Together, the Sel gris and Alba truffles combine to make a special spice for numerous hot and cold dishes.
