Testa Red Tuna Buzzonaglia in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Sicilia IGP", 320 g

Buzzonaglia are parts of the tuna that are closer to the bone, have a richer blood supply and are therefore dark in colour. These delicate pieces are carefully marinated in high-quality extra virgin olive oil which preserves the wonderful aromas. Buzzonaglia is traditionally served with pasta or with hearty beans and onions.

The Testa family has been fishing off the coast of Sicily for more than 200 years. Red tuna (also known as bluefin tuna) reach the Mediterranean every year after migrating more than 9,000 km. It is fished according to strict animal welfare guidelines and processed immediately - for freshness and quality that is second to none.

Tip: Please do not throw away the oil left in the jar. Use it to make flavourful salad dressings or drizzle over crusty bread and enjoy with a glass of wine.
