The Testa family has been fishing off the coast of Sicily for more than 200 years. The red tuna (also known as the bluefin tuna) arrives in the Mediterranean every year after migrating for more than 9,000 km. It is fished according to strict animal welfare guidelines and processed immediately - for freshness and quality that is second to none.

Tip: Please do not throw away the oil left in the jar. Use it to make flavourful salad dressings or drizzle on crusty bread and enjoy with a glass of wine.
