Description

This fine organic goat milk cereal with buckwheat is a tasty addition to your baby's diet from the 6th month onwards as you introduce solid foods. The mild grainy taste appeals to older children and adults as well. The recipe combines carefully selected ingredients and is a great way to your baby's first forays into the world of solid foods exciting and flavourful. Serve plain or mixed with fruits for a delicious meal.

Preparation:

Bring 140 ml water to the boil and let it cool to approx. 50°C.
Pour into a bowl and stir in 40 g (about 5 tablespoons) of cereal powder.
Let the cereal thicken for a minute and cool further to a comfortable eating temperature before offering it to your baby.
