• After the wine harvest and pressing, things really get going for Silvia Heinrich's daughters Julia and Anna. They hand-separate grape seeds from the pomace and gently dry them in the sun.
• Grape seeds are one of the richest sources of OPC. According to scientific studies, their anti-oxidative potential is almost 20 times greater than that of vitamin E and 50 times as effective as the anti-oxidative power of vitamin C.

The Tomato Garlic blend goes goes with EVERYTHING, from fried eggs or salads to yummy Ciabatta! To make delicious Ciabatta toast, stir one tablespoon of the spice blend into three tablespoons of olive oil and let it steep. Then spread it onto the bread and bake at 200 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Yum!
