This zabaione is an unusual reinterpretation of the famous Italian dessert classic. Beermouth, an alcoholic spirit that combines the characteristic flavours of beer with 13 exquisite herbs, promises a particularly fine taste. Experience zabaione in a completely new and innovative way with the first-class flavours of Beermouth. This dessert is made with fresh eggs from their own free-range hens and Italian sugar and rivals freshly made zabaione in taste. Serve with biscuits and crunchy nuts.

The creamy dessert tastes delicious both cold and gently warmed up in a bain-marie (warm water bath).
