Description

This exquisite dessert cream developed in cooperation with star chef Marcello Trentini from Turin is refined with carefully selected vermouth 'Bianco Chinato del Mago'. It is prepared with fresh eggs from their own free-range hens and Italian sugar and rivals freshly made zabaione in taste. Serve with biscuits and topped with fresh fruit of your choice.

The creamy dessert tastes delicious both cold and gently warmed up in a bain-marie (warm water bath).
