Zotter Chocolate Bread & Roses

A bed of roses is what comes to mind with this special chocolate of fragrant rose marzipan on a bread liquor ganache. The schnapps for these comes from the distillery Farthofer, where black bread is recycled by the organic baker and made into bread schnapps. This high-proof filling is wrapped in a sheer layer of currant chocolate and a coat of light mountain milk chocolate.

Incidentally, the name of this chocolate was the slogan of the textile workers in 1912 and has since stood for the women's movement.
