Zotter Chocolate Dark Chocolate Cake

This dreamy, tender dark chocolate cake is made with 80-percent chocolate, finely chopped almonds, honey and a hint of chocolate liquor. The chocolate liquor has very special origins as it is homemade with the help of the Gölles family. The Gölleses are known throughout Austria for their fine vinegars and liquors and have teamed up with Zotter to produce his chocolate liquor. This adds a deep, rich, chocolately flavor to the cake. Butter, whipped cream, sugar, eggs and freshly ground Zentrofan whole meal flour create the basis for this cake.
